Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using any of the spiritual services "Strxnge Mysteries" has to offer on the website, including but not limited to: tarot readings, meditations, soul/twin flame coaching/teachings, numerology, astrology, (collectively, the "Services"), you ("Client"), are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

 Please read these terms carefully before using any Strxnge Mysteries services. 

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed in using my services.

Terms and Conditions

1. No Guarantees or Outcomes.  All readings, coaching, and spiritual services are provided for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. While I strive to offer meaningful insight, I do not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or effectiveness of any reading, interpretation, or advice given. The Client is responsible for their own decisions and actions. 
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice.  My Services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. I am not a licensed therapist, doctor, financial advisor, or attorney. Always seek guidance from a qualified professional for health, legal, or financial matters. 
3.  Refund & Cancellation Policy.  No refunds will be issued once a session has begun or has been completed.  If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24-hour notice before your scheduled session. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.  In rare cases, if I need to cancel your session, I will offer to reschedule or issue a refund at my discretion.  
4. Personal Responsibility & Consent.  By purchasing a reading or session, you confirm that you are 18 years or older (or have parental/legal guardian consent). You understand that any decisions you make based on the guidance provided are solely your responsibility.  You agree that I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes resulting from your session. 
5. Confidentiality.  I respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. However, please be aware that any information you voluntarily share during a session is at your discretion. 
6. Payment & Pricing.  All prices for Services are listed in [Currency] and must be paid in full before the session begins. Prices are subject to change at any time, but any prepaid sessions will be honored at the agreed price.  Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in a ban from future services and possible legal action. 
7. Right to Refuse Service.  I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, inappropriate requests, or failure to comply with these Terms. 
8. Intellectual Property.  All materials, meditations, readings, and content provided during sessions are my intellectual property and may not be recorded, reproduced, or shared without my written permission. 
9. Limitation of Liability.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of my Services. 
10. Mental Health Acknowledgment & No Retroactive Refunds.  By purchasing my Services, you affirm that you are of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions at the time of purchase. I am not responsible for any claims of mental instability, impulsivity, or regret after a session has been conducted.  I do not offer retroactive refunds based on a Client’s later assertion that they were not in a proper mental state at the time of purchase. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, I strongly encourage you to seek help from a licensed professional. 
11. Emergency Readings Policy.  I do offer emergency readings for Clients who need quick insight, which will be conducted as a short 15-minute session. However, if your situation is life-threatening, medically urgent, or requires immediate crisis intervention, I will not accept the request. My readings are for spiritual guidance only and should not replace emergency services, medical professionals, or law enforcement. If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, please seek professional assistance. 
12. Coincidences & Personal Accountability.  While coincidences may occur after a reading, I am not responsible for any negative impact or real-world events that follow. Any guidance, warnings, or insights I provide are not meant to influence external circumstances such as accidents, illnesses, or life-altering events. My role is to offer spiritual insight, not control outcomes, and I do not cause or manifest situations in your life. 
13. No Work with Deities or Dark Entities.  I do not work with deities, dark entities, or any external spiritual beings outside of my own personal guides. My readings and spiritual work are based on my personal connection with my spirit guides only. If you are looking for deity work or summoning, I am not the right reader for you. 
14. No Readings on Health, Death, or Pregnancy.  I do not offer readings to predict illnesses, death, health diagnoses, pregnancies, or the gender of a baby. If such topics naturally come up in a reading, I will determine at my discretion how to proceed. However, I will not accept direct questions asking for predictions related to health conditions, life expectancy, or unborn children. For medical concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare provider. 
15. Client Conduct & Respectful Communication.  All Clients are expected to engage respectfully during sessions and in any communication with me. I reserve the right to end a session immediately, without refund, if a Client exhibits disrespectful, hostile, or inappropriate behavior, including:  Harassment, verbal abuse, or threats - Pressuring for personal or private information  - Disrespecting my boundaries or questioning my ethical integrity.
16. No Third-Party Readings Without Consent.  I will not provide readings about third parties without their consent. My Services are meant to guide you on your own journey, not to invade the privacy of others.  
17. Results Vary & Personal Accountability.  The effectiveness of my Services depends on your personal openness, mindset, and actions. I provide tools and guidance, but your progress and outcomes are ultimately your responsibility. I am not liable for your decisions or their consequences.
18. No Unauthorized Recording or Sharing of Sessions.  Clients may not record, distribute, or publicly share any session content, including readings, coaching calls, or meditations, without my explicit written consent. Unauthorized sharing of my intellectual property may result in legal action. 
19. Force Majeure.  I am not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to provide Services due to events beyond my control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, illness, or unforeseen personal circumstances.
20. Respect for My Time & Overtime Charges.  Each session is scheduled for a specific duration. If we exceed the allotted time, you will be charged an additional fee per extra 15 minutes at my standard rate. Clients are expected to respect the session length and be mindful of time constraints.  If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless I agree to extend it at my discretion (with an additional charge). 
21. No Spamming or Harassment.  Clients may not excessively contact my business email, phone, or social media with repetitive messages, unsolicited requests, or spam. This includes:  - Sending multiple emails/messages in a short period without a reasonable wait time for a response.  -  Demanding immediate replies outside of scheduled sessions.  -  Pressuring for free services or excessive follow-ups after a reading.  Consequences for spamming or harassment:  -  First offense: A warning.  -  Second offense: Temporary block from contacting me.  -  Continued harassment: Permanent ban from my Services. I value my Clients but also expect professional and respectful communication.  
22. Changes to Terms.  I reserve the right and may update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use my Services, you accept any changes.
