Return and Refund Policy

 Please read the following policy carefully before booking any services. 

• No Refunds on Completed Sessions: Once a session has been completed (i.e., the reading has been delivered, the coaching session has been held, or the service has been rendered), no refunds will be issued.
• Session Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in full payment being charged.
• Rescheduling: If I need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, I will work with you to find another suitable time or offer a refund at my discretion.
• No Retroactive Refunds: If you later claim that you were not in the right state of mind when purchasing or taking a session, I do not offer retroactive refunds. By booking my services, you confirm that you are of sound mind and capable of making an informed decision.
• Overtime Charges: If your session goes beyond the allotted time, you will be charged an additional fee for each extra 15-minute increment at my regular rate.
• No Refunds for Misuse of Services: Refunds will not be granted if you abuse or misuse my services (such as repeatedly requesting additional services without proper compensation or disrespecting the boundaries I’ve set).
• No Refunds if damaged or stolen any Strxnge Mysteries property. 
• Emergency Readings: If you request an emergency reading, it will be for quick insight (1 card pull and sent via text or email). This is not to be used for life-threatening situations, and no refund will be given if you attempt to claim a refund for these reasons.
