Booking Fee:

• All services require a booking fee (full or deposit, depending on service type) to secure your date.
   
• The booking fee is retained if the client cancels, except when cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session.
   
• The 14-day grace period applies to all in-person services, including local and out-of-state bookings.
   

Travel Expenses (Out-of-State Services):

• Travel costs are billed separately and must be paid in full before travel is booked.
   
• Travel expenses may include: flights, hotel accommodations (2-night minimum), rental car and fuel, meals, airport transfers, and other logistics.
   
• Travel expenses are non-refundable unless the provider cancels.
   
• Estimated travel costs will be provided after booking.
   

Event Locations:

• Out-of-state sessions must be held in public or professionally hosted venues.
   
• Private residences are not accepted for safety reasons.
   
• Event locations must provide a clean, safe, and appropriate environment for professional services.
   

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling may be possible based on availability and notice period.
   
• For cancellations made within the 14-day grace period, rescheduling may be offered at provider discretion.
   

Damage & Deposits:

• Any damage to the provider’s property, materials, or products during in-person services will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   

Client Responsibility:

• Clients are responsible for coordinating and paying for travel expenses where applicable.
   
• All bookings are subject to confirmation once logistics and payment are finalized.
